Alger Furniture & Appliances | Bob is a third term member and former Vice-Chair of the DIA Board of Management. Bob has served as Noble Grand and Vice Grand of the Independent Order of Oddfellows and sat on the board of Triple Link Senior Citizens Homes North Bay Inc. as Treasurer and Vice-Chair.
Bob is an enthusiastic ambassador for Downtown North Bay. He has lived and worked in the city most of his life and opened his own store, Alger Furniture and Appliances on McIntyre Street in 1986.

| Geoff Richardson | Director
Property Owner | Geoff Richardson was born and raised in North Bay. After completing high school, he attended University in Toronto, worked for a year and moved back to the city he loves.
Since then, he has worked as a manager at Enterprise Rent a Car for four years. In the summer of 2009, Geoff made the decision to join the Downtown family with his brother Tom and purchased the oldest building in the Downtown area, "The Winnipeg".
Since then Geoff and Tom have worked tirelessly building their business.

TW Foods | Thorsten von Estorff (AKA Thor) co-owner of TW Foods, opened TW Foods in 2003 on Airport Road till 2005, then moved to current location at 137 Main St East, Chef since 1987, Husband to Erin, father to 3 Boys, Karl, Adam, William. | Dave Mendicino | Council Representative
Councillor, City of North Bay | Dave Mendicino is currently on his third term as city councillor and serves as Vice Chair of Community services. He also sits on the boards for Cassellhome, the North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority, the Downtown Improvement Area and the Planning Advisory Committee. Dave's focus over the previous terms's have been on Healthy Active Living and our aging population and these will continue to remain a priority for him over this current term. He was born and raised in North Bay and in 1993, made a quality of life decision to move back to the city that he loves.

He has worked in the downtown since 1997, when he was on the air at the old MIX100 radio studios on Oak Street. Anthony had also worked for 11 years at the Main Street offices of Yes! | Al Lang | | Treasurer/Secretary | Al has served on the DIA Board since 1990.
Al is a member of the Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA). He has been the Manager of Accounting in the Financial Services Department at the City of North Bay since 1985. This position includes accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, banking, grants, and accounting services for all City departments and some Local Boards. Prior to this position Al has had 14 years experience with a KPMG, a public accounting firm.

| Ron Melnyk | | City Liaison | Ron is the By-Law Enforcement Coordinator for the City of North Bay, as well as the City representative on the DIA board.
He is currently in charge of all parking enforcement in the City, including contract Parking Authority enforcement staff in the downtown area.
